Amy Miller’s class and my class are having a toy and book drive for Heart to Heart Food Pantry. When families are struggling financially, many children go without the joy of the holidays. As part of our service learning experience, we are collecting NEW or Gently Used toys and books for the patrons of Heart to Heart. All donations are welcome, but if you would like to sponsor a specific child, you may do so by going to our Sign Up Genius:
Over the past 2 years we have been able to collect over 800 items for the children. We hope this year is equally successful. Thanks for being such a generous school community. You may place your donations in the boxes located in the school lobby and outside Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Oberlin’s classrooms.
