ONLINE FORMS
A new online system will make it quicker and more convenient to complete back-to-school forms this year. Parents/guardians should have received an email from [email protected] by the end of July. This email contains instructions and a link to the registration documents for an individual student. Parents/guardians will be asked to verify the information on file and update anything that is outdated. For students in grades six though twelve, these online forms must be completed before the designated schedule pick-up time. For students in grades one through five, the forms should be completed by the first day of school. Parents/guardians with multiple children will receive a separate email for each child. If you did not receive an email for your student, please call the school office.
This new online process is meant to create greater efficiency for families and for the staff in our schools. Last fall, more than 1,800 parents and community members responded to the district’s Efficiency Survey. More than 95 percent of respondents indicated they were in favor of making the move to online forms, which will also create a more efficient workflow in our school offices. If you without internet access, please call the school office to schedule a time to complete the forms on a school computer.
