Welcome to the Table: A Community Conversation about Empathy and Global Citizenship

Barrington Elementary would like to invite you to a discussion designed to strengthen community connections and foster an understanding of our fellow parents and neighbors. Volunteer facilitators will guide a discussion that encourages engagement and authentic human connection. The following questions will be used as prompts:
- How do we define our culture at Barrington Elementary and in the larger community of Upper Arlington?
- What are things that we do well as a community to welcome new members?
- What are additional ideas to welcome new members into our community?
- What aspects from other communities, cultures, or experiences have enriched your life?
- How can we provide similar enriching experiences for our children within the school system?
This is a community wide effort, and we are grateful for your dedication and partnership.
