Shop for local proteins while supporting your school!  The Wickliffe PTO has teamed up with Smokin’ T’s Fundraising to bring you local farm-raised beef, pork, chicken, and lamb.  For more information or to order please visit their website or look for the order form and letter in your child’s backpack.  We hope to make this a regular monthly fundraiser with delivery to our school the second Tuesday of the month.

Smokin’ T’s Fundraising provides a healthy alternative to our traditional fundraising and earns 20 percent of every all-natural, Ohio-proud chicken, beef, pork and lamb order sold.  Smokin’ T’s Fundraising keeps dollars in our local economy and allows educational opportunities for students to meet the animals directly on the farm visits.

Smokin T’s Farm, based in Jefferson, Ohio raises traditional, humane and sustainable livestock to deliver the finest tasting meat to the Midwest.

For over three generations, our family has been farming on our over 200-acre family farm in Ashtabula County, Ohio. We raise our animals in a healthy and open environment while allowing them to individually reach their natural maturity on a diet of natural grains and grasses, without the aid of hormones or antibiotics. Unlike many farms, our animals never leave our side. Everything stays in our family until it gets to yours.

We complete our own processing in our family-owned ODA inspected butcher shop to ensure the most humane treatment of our animals and to maintain complete control of our quality and safety of the final product. We take great pride in adding our personalized touches like our family secret barbecue sauce to accompany our ribs, pulled pork and shredded chicken.
