Fall PTO Meeting – October 13 at 7 pm
Come join us on October 13 at 7 pm in the Wickliffe Gym for our first General PTO Meeting of the school year! Kathy Jenney, from the school district, will speak to us about class sizes at elementary schools across the district. There will be updates on the interior design upgrades at the school and the Informal Affair. We will also hear from some of the leadership teams at Wickliffe about ways parents can become more involved and we will start to brainstorm and develop plans for an Outdoor Learning Center. We may even have a fun recap from the Cardboard Challenge and a performance or two! This is an evening you will not want to miss! We look forward to seeing you there!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FRIDAY: Wickliffe Fall Festival Sign-Up
We are still loking for volunteers for the Fall Festival this Friday (October 2). If you have, or know of, middle or high school students that are looking for a service learning hours, this event is a great opportunity. Just include his/her name in the comments section and we will make sure that there is a service learning certificate ready.

Holiday Fundraiser
Just in time for for the holiday pre-planners in our community, Wickliffe PTO is selling Charleston Wrap. Flyers went home in your kid’s backpack last week. They offer a wide range of products, and all purchased items will arrive before the holiday season.
Fifty percent of each sale goes to the Wickliffe PTO. There is an online ordering system that can be shared with friends and family who live out of town. Simply click the link above or go to www.charlestonwrap.com to shop. All items purchased will ship directly to you and there is free shipping on all orders over $75.

Fall After School Discovery Classes Canceled
Wickliffe PTO is looking for someone to coordinate our After School Discovery program for the remainder of 2015-2016 school year. After School Discovery classes have been very popular with our Wickliffe community and a fun and affordable way for our students to receive after-school enrichment.
If you are interested in helping out this year, we would love to hear from you. Please contact our PTO president at [email protected], and she will put you in touch with the former coordinator to get you started.
We would love to offer classes this fall, but we cannot start the program until we have someone to run it! Please share this with any Wickliffe parent you think might be interested.
