What: 6th Grade Winter Wonderland Social
- Students are welcome to come in regular, everyday school clothes. – Sometimes it gets warm at these parties.
- Students are also welcome to wear their favorite winter outfit, winter hat, or shirt/sweatshirt with a winter scene or location (aka a sweatshirt from Alaska).
When: December 1 from 7- 8:30 p.m.
- Students must enter and leave the party through the Commons doors on Hastings Lane.
- Students will be permitted in the building at 7:00 p.m. when we have appropriate supervision. If your child arrives early, he/she will need to wait on the sidewalk in front of the Commons doors.
- Please make sure you arrange a pick up spot with them ahead of time since it will be dark when we send them out of the building at 8:30 p.m.
Where: The first floor at Hastings.
- Big games will be set up primarily in the gym and cafeteria.
- Snacks will be set up in the commons.
- Smaller (quieter) games will be set up in the media center and conference rooms.
- We will not be using the second floor or any areas outside.
How: Students will have time play games, socialize and have a few snacks.
- The snacks will be bottled water, freezer pops, individually pre-packed salty snacks, prepackaged desserts, and some fruit/veggie options.
- We will save all packaging so if students have allergies, they can check the label.
- Students should be encouraged to eat dinner before they come.
